Primary Level 2/3 Whats included. One individual lesson per week. As many classes as you can. Term length 1st Half term - 20th April - 23rd May (5 weeks) 2nd Half term - 1st June - 18th July (7 weeks) Training times Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5.30pm - 6.30pm, Saturday 9.30-10.30 Level 2 (Lessons with Ellen) Full term payment £600 Level 3 (lessons with Stuart) Full term £720 By signing up to any of the packages you are agreeing to the full term. Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair scheduling and to respect the time of our coaches and athletes, the following policies apply to all individual (private) fencing lessons: 1. 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. 2. Late Cancellations / No-Shows • Lessons canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be rescheduled/ refunded. • “No-show” lessons (failure to attend without notice) will not be rescheduled/ refunded. 3. Coach-Initiated Cancellations If a coach must cancel or reschedule a lesson, the athlete may reschedule at a mutually convenient time. 4. Illness & Emergencies We understand that unexpected situations occur. In cases of sudden illness or genuine emergencies, the club may reschedule at its discretion. Please notify us as soon as possible. 5. How to Cancel or Reschedule. Cancellations must be submitted via [email/phone/app] to ensure proper logging and communication with your coach. 6. Lesson Packages Lessons purchased as part of a package will have the same cancellation conditions. Late-canceled or missed lessons will not be rescheduled.
