Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Premier Sabre Academy 1. Cancellation Request Deadline - Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or text to admin@premiersabreacademy.co.uk - Requests must be received by 14 days before the camp start date. 2. **Refund Policy - Full Refund: Participants who cancel 14 days before will receive a full refund minus a 15% Cancelation fee. - Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7-14 days before will be eligible for a 50% refund. - No Refund: Cancellations made after 7 days or failure to attend the camp will not be eligible for a refund. 3. Substitutions Participants may transfer their registration to another individual at no additional cost, provided the substitution is requested and approved by 7 days before the camps starts. 4. Cancellation Due to Emergencies - Refunds for cancellations due to medical or family emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation (e.g., a doctor's note) may be required. 5. Camp Cancellation by Organisers - If the camp is canceled by the organizers for any reason (e.g., insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances), all participants will receive a full refund. - The organizers are not responsible for reimbursing travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants. 6. Force Majeure - No refunds will be issued in the event the camp is canceled due to circumstances beyond the organisers' control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. Acknowledgment By registering for the camp, participants agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
