Cancellation Policy

Fencing Trial Class Cancellation Policy Thank you for your interest in trying fencing with us! To ensure a smooth experience for all participants and allow us to manage class capacity and equipment, please review our cancellation policy for trial classes at Premier Sabre Academy: 1. Cancellation Notice Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled fencing trial class. Cancellations can be made via email, phone, or through our online booking system (if applicable). 2. Late Cancellations If you cancel less than 24 hours before the class, the trial session will be considered used, and no rescheduling will be offered. 3. No-Shows Participants who do not attend their scheduled trial without any notice will forfeit the trial class and will not be eligible to reschedule. You will have book and pay for another trial class. 4. Rescheduling Policy Trial classes may be rescheduled one time only, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. Further changes may not be accommodated due to limited availability of fencing equipment and class slots. 5. Refunds Trial classes are non-refundable. 6. Special Considerations In the event of an emergency or illness, we may consider a one-time exception at the discretion of club management. Supporting documentation may be requested. 7. Equipment Note Fencing gear is provided for trial participants. Please ensure timely notice of cancellation so equipment can be reassigned. We appreciate your cooperation. This policy ensures fairness and allows us to offer a quality fencing experience to all prospective athletes.
